Here are the list of relevant and recently launched government grants that you may wish to consider:
1. IRAS: Productivity and Innovation Credit
Business can enjoy 400% tax deductions/ allowances and/or 60% cash payout for investment in innovation and productivity improvements under the Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) scheme. The tax benefits under PIC are available from Years of Assessment (YAs) 2011 to 2015, on investment in any of the six qualifying activities. From YAs 2013 to 2015, business may also enjoy a PIC Bonus, a dollar-for-dollar matching cash bonus given on top of the existing 400% tax deductions/ allowances and/or 60% cash payout.
2. IDA - iSPRINT (Increase SME Productivity with Infocomm Adoption & Transformation)
The iSPRINT scheme addresses the different areas of infocomm adoption for the SMEs, making it easy and convenient for these enterprises to seek assistance to help them along their infocomm adoption journey for 1st time adopters
It supports the packaged solutions pre-qualified by IDA and customised solutions, as long as the project involves the use of infocomm technology to improve the company's business operations, resulting in efficiency/ productivity, increased revenue or value-add for the business.
